RECIPE:  Seared Ahi Tuna
Servings: 4

1 lb. Ahi Tuna
¼ cup green onion chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice
1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely chopped
3 cloves fresh garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons Tamari sauce
2 tablespoons sweet cooking rice wine
1 tablespoon distilled water
Dandelion greens
Irish shirgona

1. Mix Olive and Sesame seed Oils in skillet.
2. Mix all other ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. Pre-heat skillet and cook tuna 3 minutes on each side and remove.
4. Place tuna on a bed of Dandelion and Irish shirgona.
5. Place other ingredients in skillet and heat.
6. Pour over tuna and serve.
